It is with much sadness that I advise you on the passing of Pilgrim Walter “Bob” Henry who passed away on April 8, 2024. He was a member of Red Rock, NV Lodge #252, Moose Legion #0168 and received his pilgrim degree on 6/1/2019. During his Moose career he served in a variety of positions in his lodge, Moose Legion and the California Nevada Moose Association. He will be missed by all of those who knew and worked with him.

A Celebration of Life are now planned to be held at the Apple Valley Moose Lodge #1810. The event will be held on Saturday, February 24th at 1:00PM. He was a member of Lodi Moose Lodge #634, Moose Legion #0174 and received his pilgrim degree on 5/31/2014. During his Moose career he served in a variety of positions in his lodge, Moose Legion and the California Nevada Moose Association. He will be missed by all of those who knew and worked with him.

A Service of Tribute and Memorial Service are now planned to be held at the Lodi Moose Lodge at 4:00PM on October 22, 2023. The lodge will be serving a meal for all attending the services. Pilgrim passing – Pilgrim Timothy Andrewnovitz

My Brothers All:

We sent out a normal pilgrim notice on the passing of Pilgrim Timothy Andrewnovitz on September 5, 2023. This notice is to provide you with the Moose Service of Tribute and Celebration of Life information. This event will be held at the Pahrump, NV moose lodge on October 8, 2023 at 2:00PM with a potluck lunch to follow by the lodge. The lodge is located at 1100 Second Street in Pahrump and the phone number is – 775-727-6577. The following information was provided by his wife, Lori Stefani Andrewnovitz that we felt should be shared with you.

Lori Stefani Andrewnovitz

Timothy M. Andrewnovitz said goodbye on September 5, 2023 after an almost 3 year battle with cancer. He was born on October 24, 1939 to Nick and Helen (Gorge)
Andrewnovitz in Chicago. Tim was a resident of North Las Vegas and Pahrump for the last 24 yrs. He was a long time member of the Moose over a span of close to 60 years
(unfortunately not consecutive). In 2021 he was awarded the Pilgrim Degree of Merit. Besides his family his passions were golf, bowling, karaoke and riding his trike. Tim is
survived by his wife of 17 years Lori (nee Stefani), children Dawn, Robin and Danny, grandchildren Justin & Tyler, great grandchildren Aya, Jerry, Gene, sister Betty Turcan of
Georgia and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Mary Ann and Leo and most recently his 3 month old great granddaughter Aubrey.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Pahrump, Nevada Moose Lodge on Sunday October 8th at 2 PM. Donations can be made in Tim’s memory to Moose Charities or to
the charity of your choice.

Pilgrim passing – Pilgrim Charles Lopez

My Brothers All:

It is with much sadness that I advise you on the passing of Pilgrim Charles Lopez who passed away on September 8, 2023. He was a member of LaHabra Lodge #1858, Moose Legion and received his pilgrim degree on 5/28/1988. During his Moose career he served in a variety of positions in his lodge, Moose Legion and the California Nevada Moose Association. He served as our Regional Manager for many years and was an Honorary Past Association President. He will be missed by all of those who knew and worked with him. Just a note – I was advised that he had his Michigan hat with him at the hospital.

It is with much sadness that I advise you on the passing of Pilgrim Ted Machicek who passed away on July 6, 2023. He was a member of Folsom Lodge #2009, Moose Legion #190 and received his pilgrim degree on 6/5/2021. During his Moose career he served in a variety of positions in his lodge, Moose Legion and the California Nevada Moose Association. He served as a Moose Legion Ambassador and earned the Medal of Honor for sponsoring new members.
He will be missed by all of those who knew and worked with him.

He was a member of Fresno Lodge # 445, Moose Legion # 176 and received his pilgrim degree on 5/29/1993. During his Moose career he served in a variety of positions in his lodge, Moose Legion and the California Nevada Moose Association. He was an Honorary Past Association President. Pilgrim George also served for a number of years in several important positions at Moose International. He was the CNMA Secretary and a Regional Manager. He will be missed by all of those who knew and worked with him. He moved to Bixby, OK some years ago.

Please be advised that a Memorial Service is planned for Pilgrim Robert “Mike” Aldrich who passed away on January 5, 2023. A formal pilgrim notice was sent at that time to all pilgrims in our group.
